Magnolia Green is an iStar Residential community, located in Moseley, Virginia, less than 30 minutes outside of Richmond. The client’s goal was to market Magnolia Green to a demographic of families with diverse lifestyles unique to central Virginia. Not only was the proximity to a major city a key selling point but residents also have access to the Magnolia Green Golf Club, an impeccably designed Nicklaus golf course. iStar Residential is one of the largest investors in luxury condominium, multifamily and master-planned residential developments throughout the east coast United States.

While working at Design 446, I designed and developed the Magnolia Green website with a vibrant color scheme and southern influence. The community’s website was built responsively with stunning photography of the featured elevations and aimed to capture registrations from potential buyers. With the outstanding attention I gave to this project, Magnolia Green has since hosted the Richmond homebuilder event, Homearama, in 2014 which resulted in an increase of traffic to the website and generated leads.
